Terms of Agreement

• As an individual, I understand that I am making a commitment to 100 Who Care Toronto Centre to make an annual donation of $400 ($100 at each meeting), which will be given directly to a local charity.

OR

• As a team member,  I understand that it is the team’s responsibility to determine who is making the $100 donation at each meeting.

• I agree to fulfill my donation commitment even if I did not vote for the charity selected by majority vote.

 

• I agree to receive email notifications as part of my membership to 100 Who Care Toronto Centre. I understand I can unsubscribe at any time.
